- realise differentiated sustainable renovations taking into account cultural and social dimensions
- identify the risks of usual methods for material and immaterial (social and cultural) losses, provide mitigation measures
- develop an integrated approach to sustainable renovation of historical building stocks based oncommon objectives, procedure, use of planning tools
- understand the specific historical, technical, social and cultural properties of a specific stock
- specify description methods of stocks including an evaluation of economic, physical, environmental, cultural and social values
- define strategies for stocks, addressing real estate owners and managers
- evaluate the impact of building regulations on long term resource conservation
- identify mid- and long-term technological and use options (durability, environmental impact, energy performance, level of intervention)
-define long-term scenarios (30-50 years) for sustainable development of building stocks.
